Is there a contract?
No. We believe in total freedom so try xira and if you are not 100% satisfied or you have a change of career, stop at anytime.
Can I use xira for my existing clients?
Absolutely. We have made it really easy for you to invite your existing clients. This allows for clients to use their client portal for scheduling time with you, to share documents, view their invoices and even pay them.
What do I pay for credit card charges?
We use Stripe for credit card processing and charge the standard credit card fees of 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction.
Do I have to track unpaid invoices?
No. We do that for you. Automatic reminders are sent to your clients when an invoice is not paid on time. We leave you a note in your notification center so that you are aware of it. If an invoice is not paid for an excessive amount of time, we also send you an email to let you know the invoice is still outstanding. We take care of the back office work so you can concentrate on growing your practice.
Can I modify my subscription type?
Yes. At any time you can modify your subscription. You can do this through your “my account” section or send us a note to do it for you. We are always excited to hear from you.
